What?

The Individual Digital E-File Automation (IDEA) Model delivers actionable insight to see how process efficiency impacts the school and districts administrative procedures. 

To this day there has not been a standard to evaluate procedure efficiency in education. While educators are coming together to reach accepted standards in curriculum and teaching assessments, the measurement for administrative efficiency has not been created. The IDEA model is a collective effort to point to specific departments of administrative processes, in which schools and districts can improve with action plans.

 

Why?

For the first time to bring a standard in process efficiency for all districts and schools to progressively improve operations and processes.

 

Where?

The focus of the IDEA Model targets process efficiency and measurement in K12 schools and districts. Evaluations include for departments such as Central Office, Curriculum, and Human Resources along with a general overall operation. Additionally, the IDEA model can be used and adapted for colleges as well as independent education associations.

The Case for Standards Based Process Assessment

An emerging trend in K-12 schools rests on a sorely needed boost to efficiency – Standards-Based Process Automation.
